We offer a full range of diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical services for kidney and urinary tract conditions:

Our pediatric centers provide advanced apheresis treatments, including red blood cell exchange, plasmapheresis, photopheresis, and stem cell collection.

For children with acute and chronic kidney failure, we provide both in-center and at-home dialysis options:

  • Child-friendly dialysis units with TVs and Wi-Fi
  • Peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis available from infancy
  • Home dialysis training and support
Kidney biopsies are performed by our pediatric nephrologists and interventional radiologists using ultrasound and sedation to ensure safety and comfort.

Our nationally recognized transplant program at Hackensack University Medical Center:

  • Offers transplants from both living and deceased donors
  • Has the shortest deceased donor kidney wait time in NJ (under 50% of NY average)
  • Is ranked #1 in NJ for one-year kidney survival
  • Provides transplant care for children as young as one year old
