Helping Teens Heal and Grow in a Safe, Supportive Setting

Adolescence can be a difficult and emotional time. Many young people face intense stress, mental health challenges, or behavioral struggles that can affect their well-being and personal growth. At Carrier Clinic, we provide a safe, structured, and understanding environment where adolescents and teens aged 13 to 18 can begin to heal and rediscover their sense of self.

Our inpatient, residential, and educational programs are designed to help young people manage emotional distress, psychiatric conditions, and co-occurring addiction challenges. We believe that every teen deserves care that supports self-esteem, resilience, and long-term recovery.

Comprehensive Inpatient Care Tailored to Each Teen

Every adolescent who comes to Carrier Clinic receives a personalized care plan that addresses their unique emotional, psychiatric, and educational needs. Our East Mountain School develops an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for each student, ensuring their therapeutic and academic goals work hand-in-hand.

  • 24-hour nursing care and daily assessment by a psychiatrist
  • Individual and group psychotherapy sessions
  • Activity-based therapy to build coping skills and self-awareness
  • Art, movement, and pet therapy programs
  • Substance use counseling for teens with co-occurring addiction disorders
