Health Education
Hackensack Meridian Children’s Health is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children. One way we do this is through Community Outreach & Engagement. With access to pediatricians, pediatric specialists, health educators and other professionals, we are able to provide educational programs and special events that aim to support families and school/community partners to keep our communities healthy.
Healthy lifestyle choices are the building blocks to lifelong well-being, School Champion Partners, together with the experts at Hackensack Meridian Children’s Health will aim to improve the health and well-being of New Jersey’s children through access to educational programs, health experts and community resources for students, parents, and educators.
Focusing on healthy living, mental wellness and access to care, our team will work with your school to customize programs to meet your specific needs.
