TIAA Loan or Withdrawal Request Tips

If you are requesting a loan or withdrawal from your TIAA retirement account, please be sure to verify that your marital status in MyWay-PeopleSoft is correct. Given that your marital status must be verified prior to the approval of your loan or withdrawal, incorrect data in MyWay-PeopleSoft will result in your request being denied. Instructions for updating your marital status can be found on MyHMH. Note: If you indicate that your marital status is unknown, your request will be denied.

Per diem team members requesting a withdrawal from a TIAA account are still considered an active team member. Please do not indicate that you are no longer employed, as it will result in your request being denied.
